Cooking Healthy Meals

If your local high school or community college is offering a course of cooking for people with diabetes, that would be great. If not, you could take your current recipes and meal ideas to a Registered Dietitian. The dietitian will review your recipes and help you to adjust them to be sure they are compliant with a meal plan for diabetes.
